7. Payment and Refunds:

11. Governing Law:

  • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes arising from or in connection with the flash sale will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.

This $25 Gift Voucher Thank You Promotion is issued by Love Moi Boutique and is subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Validity:

    • This Voucher is valid until December 25, 2023.
    • Any unused portion of the Thank You Voucher after the expiration date will not be refunded or extended.

  2. Redemption:

    • The Thank You Voucher is redeemable online at Love Moi Boutique only.
    • Only one use per customer is allowed.

  3. Minimum Purchase:

    • A minimum purchase of $50 is required for the Thank You Voucher to be valid.
    • The Thank You Voucher cannot be applied to purchases below this amount.

  4. Single Use:

    • The Thank You Voucher is valid for a single use only and cannot be reused or combined with other Vouchers or promotions.

  5. Not Cash Value:
